As a follower of Jesus, my faith shapes how I view life—it's about relationships. To me, it means seeing people beyond their job titles. We all have dreams, fears, insecurities, and most importantly, a reason for waking up each day and heading to work. Whether it's financial stability, providing a better future for our children, creating freedom to give generously, or making a lasting impact in the world, we are motivated by purpose. We are relational beings, driven by what matters most.
